"Message monitoring felt a bit inconsistent"
I was hoping the message coverage would be better. A few chats did show up fine, but some others were either missing or came in late, sometimes by just enough that I noticed it. The setup itself wasn’t too difficult, maybe a few minutes of tapping through settings, but the actual monitoring felt kind of hit or miss. I needed it to be more reliable than it was.

The dashboard loads without any issues, and overall it’s easy to use. It did take me a little time to figure out where everything was (nothing too frustrating), but once I got the hang of it, it felt straightforward.

"Felt impersonal and glitchy"
I really wanted this to work, but the features kept failing on me way too often. It also had that no-real-person-there feeling, like I was just stuck dealing with issues on my own. Overall, it was more frustrating than useful.

"Fine for quick social checks"
I used it mostly to keep an eye on social media stuff , and it did the job okay . The updates were a bit slow here and there , so it didn’t feel as smooth as I hoped . Not terrible , just more basic than I expected .

"Helpful support, but the wait was annoying"
I had to reach out to support because I got stuck during setup. To be fair, they were polite and did eventually help me figure it out, but the waiting was frustrating. It took longer than I expected to hear back, and I had to follow up before I got a clear answer. Everything got sorted in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a quick or smooth process. It was okay overall, but they could really improve their response time.

"Stealth mode isn’t super reliable"
I’ve noticed stealth mode still pops up sometimes... so yeah, not really as dependable as I expected

"Setup used to feel a lot smoother"
I was expecting the install to be straightforward, but it ended up being more of a hassle than I thought. I feel like this kind of setup used to be easier, or at least the instructions were clearer. A few steps confused me, and I had to go back and redo things a couple of times before it finally worked. It got the job done in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a simple process for me.

"Call tracking didn’t live up to what they promised"
I mainly got mspy.click because they made it sound like call logs and contacts would be easy to track and stay updated. Setup wasn’t too bad, so I thought things were going to work fine, but the actual results were disappointing. Some numbers showed up way later than they should have, and a few contacts didn’t sync correctly at all. For what they promise and what it costs, I expected a lot better.

"Refund took way too much chasing"
I ended up cancelling because it just wasn’t what I needed. Simple enough, or I thought it would be. But the cancellation bit wasn’t very clear, and then I still got charged anyway. So that was frustrating.

Support did reply, to be fair. But I had to message more than once, and the refund only seemed to move after I kept pushing. Not a total disaster, just kind of annoying and more effort than it should’ve been.

"The GPS was mostly close, but I felt..."
The GPS was mostly close, but I felt a bit misled because I expected it to be more real-time and exact. There were times it lagged or showed an old location, which was frustrating. It was still useful overall, but definitely not accurate every single time.
